Telecalling Recruiter

Kuala, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telephonic calls to potential job candidates from provided databases or sourced leads.
  • Understand the job requirements and explain the job roles clearly to candidates.
  • Screen candidates over the phone based on their qualification, experience, and interest level.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and follow-ups in the Applicant Tracking System .
  • Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and the hiring managers or recruitment team.
  • Follow up with candidates regularly for status updates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Provide regular reports to the recruitment manager regarding the number of calls made, candidates screened, interviews scheduled, and other key metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong telephonic persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, word).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, or HR coordination is a plus.
  • Target-driven, persistent, and result-oriented approach.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
