Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telephonic calls to potential job candidates from provided databases or sourced leads.
- Understand the job requirements and explain the job roles clearly to candidates.
- Screen candidates over the phone based on their qualification, experience, and interest level.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and follow-ups in the Applicant Tracking System .
- Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and the hiring managers or recruitment team.
- Follow up with candidates regularly for status updates and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Build a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Provide regular reports to the recruitment manager regarding the number of calls made, candidates screened, interviews scheduled, and other key metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong telephonic persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, word).
- Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, or HR coordination is a plus.
- Target-driven, persistent, and result-oriented approach.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
