Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions.
- Ensure timely manpower availability as per production requirements.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and ensure healthy employee relations.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities.
- Statutory Compliance
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Factories Act, etc.
- Liaison with government authorities for statutory requirements.
- Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for workers and staff.
- Monitor effectiveness of training interventions.
- Performance Management
- Support appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate with HODs for KPI-based evaluations.
- Attendance & Payroll
- Oversee time office functions (attendance, leave management, shifts).
- Coordinate with accounts/HO for payroll inputs.
- Health, Safety & Welfare
- Drive safety awareness and compliance in the plant.
- Ensure employee welfare schemes and benefits are implemented.

Pay: ₹30,844.66 - ₹45,898.67 per month
