Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions.
  • Ensure timely manpower availability as per production requirements.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure healthy employee relations.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities.
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Factories Act, etc.
  • Liaison with government authorities for statutory requirements.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for workers and staff.
  • Monitor effectiveness of training interventions.
  • Performance Management
  • Support appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with HODs for KPI-based evaluations.
  • Attendance & Payroll
  • Oversee time office functions (attendance, leave management, shifts).
  • Coordinate with accounts/HO for payroll inputs.
  • Health, Safety & Welfare
  • Drive safety awareness and compliance in the plant.
  • Ensure employee welfare schemes and benefits are implemented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,844.66 - ₹45,898.67 per month
