Manager - HR & Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Human Resources Administration:
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, leave requests, and personal information.
• Manage the payroll process, including salary disbursement, benefits administration, and liaising with benefits providers.
• Support recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by monitoring and implementing regulations.
• Handle general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
• Assist in preparing HR and financial reports, such as headcount, payroll, and compliance-related documentation.
• Provide logistical support for events, travel, and other administrative tasks as needed.
