Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and execute all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage employee records, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally.
  • Conduct performance reviews, KPI tracking, and support team development.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations.
  • Plan and implement training, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
  • Support management with HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Maintain confidential employee information and ensure HR best practices.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, maintenance, and facility management.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes and workflow.
  • Supervise admin staff, reception, drivers, and support personnel (if applicable).
  • Handle documentation, file management, letters, memos, and official communication.
  • Assist with budgeting for HR and admin departments.
  • Support management with reports, data analysis, and administrative planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
