Human Resources Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and execute all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally.
- Conduct performance reviews, KPI tracking, and support team development.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations.
- Plan and implement training, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
- Support management with HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Maintain confidential employee information and ensure HR best practices.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, maintenance, and facility management.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes and workflow.
- Supervise admin staff, reception, drivers, and support personnel (if applicable).
- Handle documentation, file management, letters, memos, and official communication.
- Assist with budgeting for HR and admin departments.
- Support management with reports, data analysis, and administrative planning.
