We are urgently looking for HR & Administrator for one of the Food Company at Gondal Location.

Position - HR & Administrator
Location: Gondal, Gujarat
Experience: 4–7years (Food Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plant HR operations and workforce planning
• Handle statutory compliances (EPF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws)
• Maintain attendance, payroll inputs, and HR records
• Manage administration & facilities (housekeeping, canteen, security, transport)
• Handle industrial relations, contract labour, and employee welfare
• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with CMD/COO
