The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Design hiring plans for all hotel departments.
- Forging relationships with Institutes and colleges.
- Implement employee retention programs (like end-of-season bonuses)
- Coordinate accommodation, catering and transport for our staff when necessary
- Creating the right organizational structure to foster growth and high-performance work culture.
- Creating SOPs & guidelines for all employees to follow and use in case of discrepancies.
- Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
- Ensure hotel staff complies with all guidelines and regulations set by the management.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Undertaking new initiatives to set up policies and programs for employee benefits and engagement
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Schedule training for all hotel employees (for example, customer service skills training, MS Excel skills, grooming, Software training, email etiquettes, etc.)
- Set up workshops for employees conducted by industry experts to ensure quality delivery.
- Comprehensive Quality audit of properties from operations, maintenance, guest service, digital feedback, etc, and understanding training needs from the same.
- Working on digital content for all employees post-training to assess involvement and commitment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in the talent and culture teams of high growth companies, preferably in Hospitality
- 1-3 years of work experience in Training and development department, preferably in Hospitality
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines and targets
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Academic background in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Hotel Management is a plus.
- Past experience and knowledge of IT / software tools to manage training & development, Payroll, etc, would be preferred (For example - learning management software, Payroll software, Applicant tracking system, etc.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
