Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor, implement, and audit compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, DOLE, ISO).
- Contract Administration: Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), and separation agreements.
- Employee Relations & Investigations: Assist in handling grievances, conducting investigations, and managing disciplinary actions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, legally compliant employee records, I-9 files, and background check reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or a related field; a Paralegal certificate or JD is often preferred for high-compliance roles.
- Experience: 3-5+ years in HR, with a focus on compliance or legal administrative roles.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor relations, employment law, and data privacy regulations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, document drafting, attention to detail, and conflict resolution abilities
