is hiring a Manager HR in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and manage department budget and report on HR metrics.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages communication and collaboration.
- Lead initiatives for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns effectively.
- Competency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment, effectively collaborating with team members and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and employee training programs.
Additional Information:
- This position is a full-time, on-site role requiring interaction with staff at all levels within the organization.
- The HR Manager will report directly to the Senior Management team and participate in strategic planning.
