To partner with business and functional leaders at the Aurangabad Plant by aligning HR strategies with business priorities, enabling workforce effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.
1. Business Partnership
Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership and functional heads.
Provide HR insights and solutions aligned with business needs.
Influence decision-making through data-driven HR interventions.
2. Talent Management & Development
Drive talent acquisition strategies in alignment with manpower planning.
Lead HR Budgeting, Talent Development, career progression, and succession planning initiatives.
Identify skill gaps and drive L&D to build plant capabilities for Blue + White Collar.
3. Performance & Reward Management
Drive performance management cycle, Guide the Managers and Employees to ensure timely goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
Partner in driving rewards, recognition, and retention programs.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performance culture.
Act as an employee advocate while balancing business needs.
Conduct regular connect sessions to address employee concerns.
5. Compliance & HR Processes
Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Support HR audits and governance.
Provide timely HR reports and analytics to management.
6. Change & Transformation
Lead HR interventions for organizational change management.
Drive initiatives related to productivity, digitization, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Postgraduate in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Business Administration.
10–15 years of experience in HRBP or core HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or large-scale industrial setups.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies.
Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
