Core responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations: Oversee all administrative functions within the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Ensure legal compliance: Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR systems and data: Manage HR information systems (HRIS), maintain accurate employee records, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Implement and refine policies: Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to support the organization's objectives.
- Lead HR initiatives: Spearhead projects, such as implementing new HR software or restructuring teams, to improve efficiency.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: Oversee key processes like recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations: Address employee grievances, conflicts, and inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and labor laws.
- Budget and finance: Manage and approve the HR budget, and prepare detailed reports on HR-related expenses.
- Performance and reporting: Develop performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR team and create reports on HR metrics and performance.
- Supervise HR staff: Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to junior HR staff.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
