Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager HR to lead both recruitment and HR operations, specifically within the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have solid experience managing HR functions for cloud computing, software development, or technology-based services. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Manage technical hiring for IT roles, including cloud computing and software development positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance systems, and coordinate payroll.
- Lead performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive and healthy work environment.
- Plan and coordinate training & development programs.
- Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support management in HR planning, forecasting, and HR strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Experience in hiring for IT, cloud computing, and software development roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.
