- Lead end-to-end management of employee Health & Life Insurance programs across the organization.
- Oversee policy onboarding, renewals, endorsements, premium payments and vendor performance.
- Ensure smooth employee enrollment, exits, and changes related to insurance coverage.
- Manage complex insurance claims and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain governance over insurance records, reporting and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external insurance regulations.
- Partner with HR, Finance and external stakeholders for reconciliations, budgeting and reporting.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR services and insurance.
- Continuously review and improve insurance processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
