2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Human Resource Management
- HR Operations & Policy Management
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws of Punjab and federal regulations.
- Maintain HRIS and accurate employee data.
- Recruitment & Selection
- Lead the full hiring cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Use modern hiring tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Mustaqbil, Rozee.pk, AI hiring platforms).
- Coordinate traineeship programs and university partnerships.
- Talent Management & Development
- Plan and execute training & development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and develop training modules.
- Manage succession planning and career path frameworks.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll accuracy in coordination with finance.
- Manage attendance, overtime audits, shift planning (with audit department verification).
- Ensure transparent wage and benefit practices.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Resolve employee grievances using a proper grievance mechanism.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Facilitate counseling, mental health support programs, and EAP initiatives.
- Performance Management
- Implement KPIs and evaluation systems for all departments.
- Monitor adherence to health & safety KPIs.
- Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions where required.
B. Social Compliance Management
- Compliance System Leadership
- Ensure continuous compliance with standards: WRAP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, CTPAT, GRS.
- Maintain Social Compliance Manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Audit Management
- Lead all 3rd-party, customer, and internal audits.
- Prepare corrective action plans (CAPs) and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain documentation for compliance, environment, and sustainability.
- Legal & Statutory Compliance
- Maintain and update the Legal Register under Punjab H&S Laws.
- Ensure compliance with minimum wage, working hours, overtime rules, and OSH standards.
- Health & Safety Coordination
- Collaborate with HSE team for OSH improvements.
- Drive accident prevention culture and zero-accident targets.
- CSR, Sustainability & Ethical Practices
- Implement initiatives related to environment, waste reduction, worker welfare.
- Lead diversity & inclusion programs, women empowerment initiatives, and local community engagement.
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison
- Handle customer compliance queries and documentation.
- Represent the company during audits, buyer visits, and compliance reviews.
3. Required Qualifications Education
- Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Certifications in Social Compliance (WRAP, SA 8000, ISO standards) preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of HR & Compliance experience in textile/leather/apparel manufacturing.
- Strong experience in dealing with audits, labor laws, and HR administration.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
