Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition)

• Location: Muscat, Oman
• Experience: 12+ years
• Age Preference: Up to 45 years
• Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
• Hospital Sector is mandatory (Minimum 3-4 years of experience)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience with significant exposure to Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial/leadership role within Talent Acquisition.
• Mandatory healthcare industry experience (Hospitals, Healthcare Groups, Medical Centers, or Healthcare Recruitment Organizations).
• Experience in hiring Physicians, Specialists, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Technicians, and Corporate Staff.
• GCC healthcare recruitment and international sourcing experience will be preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy experience.
