Job Summary:
Oversees the strategic, functional planning, implementation, and management of HR technology solutions within an organization. Leads the team of HCM Product Owners and partners with CoE leaders to set priorities and enable business needs. Implements continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the development of new, and improvement of existing HRT policies, systems and practices. Ensures the department supports HR related technology, the application, management, and interpretation of all human resources systems. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
