JOB DESCRIPTION

● Recruitment: Hire skilled staff at senior and associate levels. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and letters of intent.

● Policy Management: Create and implement company policies, including leave and disciplinary policies. Ensure adherence at all levels.

● Attendance & Tracking: Monitor check-in/check-out, leave records, and employee location/field visits.

● Payroll: Coordinate salary processing based on attendance, leaves, and approvals. ● Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date employee data and manage joining to exit formalities.

● PMS Implementation: Implement a Performance Management System, set KRAs/KPIs, track employee performance, and support annual appraisals.

● Compliance: Ensure HR activities follow labor laws and company regulations.

● Employee Support: Handle grievances, engagement activities, and support management with HR reports and analysis.

Qualification:

● MBA (HR) will be preferred. Required Skills:

● HR policy & labor law knowledge

● Experience with PMS, attendance, and payroll systems

● Strong in MS Office/HR software

● Good communication & coordination skills Relevant Experience:

● Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
