Job Summary:
To act as a strategic Human Capital Partner Business to Remat subsidiaries by delivering end-to-end HC advisory, ensuring effective people management, organizational effectiveness, and full compliance with approved HC policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
Key Accountabilities:

Act as a trusted HC advisor to Remat subsidiaries and department heads.

Understand business requirements and translate them into effective HC solutions.

Support management in workforce-related and people decisions.

Support the development and follow-up of Remat subsidiaries’ workforce plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Contribute to reviewing and updating organizational structures and job descriptions to ensure alignment with business needs.

Support organizational change initiatives and people-related transformational programs.

Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment requisitions.

Support hiring managers in defining job requirements and participating in interviews and selection processes.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with approved HC policies and procedures.

Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, managers' appraisals, and calibrations.

Assist managers in identifying performance gaps and development needs.

Coordinate training and development requirements with the Talent Development function.

Act as a strategic advisor to management on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with approved policies and regulations.

Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, while directing all operational matters and employee inquiries to the Central Employee Relations function.

Support the consistent application of employee relations policies and promote positive people management practices across Remat subsidiaries.

Ensure adherence to HC policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.

Provide guidance to managers and employees on HC-related policies and practices.

Coordinate with Legal and other relevant functions when required.

Prepare and monitor HC reports related to headcount, turnover, performance, and compliance.

Analyze HC data and provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Support employee engagement and culture initiatives, including employee surveys, Best Place to Work programs, and team-building activities.

Support employee recognition and reward initiatives to enhance motivation, performance, and retention.
Academic and professional qualifications
:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources Management, HR Business Partner, or other relevant fields.
Languages:
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
