This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. This role is based in Noida and offers in-office work options.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in (engaging with employees and business stakeholders).


This is a dual responsibility role. He/ She will be responsible for driving most of the HR initiatives for a particular Business Unit & will also be responsible to Lead the COE for Employee Engagement + Reward & Recognition. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Goal Setting
  • Attrition management and retention
  • Talent management
  • Employee Connect
  • Learning and Development
  • PMS and Succession Planning
  • Collaborating with stakeholders
  • Driving innovation in HR and automation
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and supporting thought leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards

3. About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on innovation and collaboration. You’ll excel in this role if you have

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • Total Experience – 10 to 12 years as HRBP in a small to mid sized organization.
  • Postgraduate / MBA Full time in HR with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant HRBP experience with IT /Product based organization
  • Should have managed at least 300+ employee’s span
  • Should have played a critical role in business partnership and stakeholder management
  • Should be a team player and be organized.
  • Must have worked with an IT or Software company.
  • Excellent on Analytics and presenting reports to the senior management.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
  • Ability to lead and execute complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
