Manager Human Resources

Usman Memorial Hospital (UMH) is looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidate for the post of Manager Human Resources.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must have MBA(HR) or equivalent relevent qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years preferably in similar position in a reputable hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets.
• Ensuring full compliance with Hospital policy and procedure and legal requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Overseeing the payroll and recruitment function and managing employee relations.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• The position is responsible to raise and manage HR setups & structures in order to ensure the best performance of the employees.
• Generally, focus on using the best business practices to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs.
• Ensure that the team is provided with clear direction and performance standards expected.
