The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for strategically aligning people practices with business objectives to drive organizational performance. The role focuses on manpower planning, capability building, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and fostering a healthy work environment. The HRBP supports leaders in achieving business goals by enabling a high‑performance culture and ensuring robust HR governance.
Responsibilities:

Strategically align organizational structure and people priorities with business needs.

Collaborate with business units to identify manpower requirements and optimize workforce planning.

Monitor and control manpower expenses, overtime, recruitment, relocation, and related costs.

Drive the performance management process and ensure timely completion of performance cycle events.

Execute Reward & Recognition initiatives to strengthen culture and motivation.

Identify training needs, implement developmental programs; support corporate-led training initiatives.

Generate and analyse HR MIS to support people-related decisions.

Design and execute employee engagement initiatives as per the annual calendar.

Facilitate IDP and PIP execution; manage people movements and talent programs.

Take disciplinary actions to maintain a healthy and compliant workplace environment.

Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Ensure adherence to cGMP SOPs through monitoring and audits.
-
Address and resolve employee grievances through active employee connect.
-
Uphold EHS standards per ISO requirements and global safety programs.

Use HRMS and IT business applications.

Educational Qualifications

MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience

5–10 years of HR generalist/business partnering experience, preferably in manufacturing or pharma.
