Manager II – Fixed Assets & Inventory Management (FAIM)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Fixed Assets and Inventory Management (FAIM) functions, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, compliance with accounting standards, and delivery of high-quality assurance and advisory services. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently lead Fixed Assets and Inventory reconciliations, including complex reviews and adjustments.
  • Manage assurance engagements, proposals, and advisory assignments related to FAIM.
  • Review, design, and implement internal controls, SOPs, and policies.
  • Oversee physical asset verifications and inventory counts.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and supervision to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and clients effectively.

Technical & Skill Requirements

  • Strong expertise in reconciliations, assurance, and advisory engagements related to Fixed Assets & Inventory.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI; exposure to AI-based tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint and report writing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Qualified CA or ACCA.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Fixed Assets and Inventory Management.
