We are looking for LLB graduates and experienced professionals for the below roles in our Legal Team -
1. Corporate Litigation
Proactively implement frameworks to mitigate legal risks. Manage and implement all changes arising due to change in legal / statutory environment.
Guard and further organizations’ interests across entire spectrum of legal activities.
Will be directly responsible for the outcome of activities of and performance of legal department
Install process frameworks for legal activities
Drafting, vetting and closing documentations which will include, without limitation, agreements, MoUs, arrangements, indemnities, PoAs, authority. This could be either developing and maintaining standard agreements, or customized agreements for various business group.
Be fully conversant with IRDA rules and other legal issues concerning the business
Prepare standard legal documents, update them from time to time, and keep their version controls
Handle all aspects of legal work In relation to Group insurance business, including
Handle documentations of trust documents (for SA, gratuity schemes), and suggest structures for the same,
Preparing draft policy documents for group products,
customizing of policy documents for clients, provide legal advise on issues
2. Contracts
Drafting, vetting, review and closure of contracts
Service agreement, sales agreement, non-disclosure agreement, MOU, agreements shared by counterparties
RFP/Tender documents
Reinsurance treaties, bank guarantee
ISDA derivative documentation
Shareholders Agreements, SPA’s and other investment-based documentation
Any other contract
Maintenance of database (record management)
Reporting data to the management
