Responsibilities

• Assist with employee hiring, orientation, and ongoing training to ensure team members are equipped for success
• Support interviewing and recruiting efforts to build a strong, motivated team
• Contribute to scheduling shifts, supervising staff, and managing customer service standards
• Lead from the front in terms of retail sales and recruiting goals
• Develop leadership skills through supervising experience, team management, and participating in management meetings

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience or interest in retail sales, management, or customer service roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate others
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
