Job Title: IT Manager in IT Training Institute

Location: Lahore, Shaddhara

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to manage the IT infrastructure of our training institute/school. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of all technical systems, support teaching and training activities, and lead IT-related projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete IT infrastructure of the institute, including computer labs, networking, and systems.
  • Ensure all lab systems are properly configured and ready for IT courses such as programming, networking, software development, and graphic design.
  • Install, update, and maintain required software and tools for different training programs.
  • Provide technical support to instructors and students during practical sessions.
  • Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and equipment.
  • Assist management in planning and upgrading IT infrastructure according to course requirements.

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

  • Education: BS in Computer Science (BSCS), Information Technology (BSIT), or Software Engineering (BSSE) or Relevant Degree.
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT training institute or educational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with programming environments, databases, and development tools.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and basic server management.
  • Understanding of IT lab setup and training requirements.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
