Job Responsibilities

Lead and implement Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SMED, and Kaizen events, to optimize production processes and reduce lead times.

Analyze current production systems and workflows to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, reduce setup times, and minimize waste (MURI) across all stages of manufacturing.

Develop and implement robust data analysis systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like OEE, cycle time, and manpower utilization, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Play an active role in fostering a positive and engaged workforce. This includes implementing programs that enhance workplace ergonomics, improve communication channels, and increase overall employee satisfaction.

Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments including Production, Quality, and Engineering to implement process improvements, drive cost-saving projects, and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience successfully implementing Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams, facilitate workshops, and build consensus across different departments.
