Manager-Information Technology

Our client is leading FMCG in wide range of products and is known for blending traditional knowledge with modern science, and is committed to sustainability, innovation, and holistic well-being.

We are seeking highly experienced and forward-thinking IT- BP (EMEA) to business partner the technology landscape supporting our EMEA Operations and Oasis Manufacturing plant. This role will be responsible for strategic IT planning, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Training & Change Enablement and Improve Adoption of Himalaya IT Global Applications in the region. The position is based in our Dubai office and reports directly to the General Manager-Applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary interface between business leaders and India Head Office IT, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and technology initiatives.

Business Process Analysis & Process Improvement:

• Identify current business process improvement and pain points especially the local nuances
• Drive application adoption, ensuring solutions align with both regional business strategy and central IT standards.

Project Management/ Deployment:

• Lead or support IT project deployment related to application upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments.
• Report progress, key risks, and achievements to Hub management and Central IT.

Training & Change Enablement:

• Train users on new applications and business processes to maximize adoption.
• Sponsor continuous improvement and ensure feedback loops with end users.

Must Have

Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

• MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing/IT Management (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing processes in FMCG and/or Life Sciences industries.
• Hands-on experience with Business partnering and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in SAP, analytics and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau), and leveraging AI to solve business problems.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience of working in Matrix structure and Ability to bridge cross-cultural gaps and collaborate with virtual teams.
