- Allocate and track leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely
follow-up and closure.
- Monitor sales metrics, pipeline status, team activities, and conversion ratios through
CRM and dashboards.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
- Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, workflows, and CRM
usage.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales efforts
with business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and drive accountability within the
team.
- Ensure strong customer experience and brand representation in all prospect
interactions.
