Role Overview:
The Manager Integrated Supply Chain Finance acts as a strategic finance partner to the Supply Chain function, enabling data-driven decision-making and financial efficiency across procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management. The role ensures financial discipline, cost optimization, and value creation throughout the end-to-end supply chain, aligning financial insights with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive financial performance and identify value improvement opportunities.

Support strategic decision-making through scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and cost–benefit evaluations.

Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) discussions, providing financial insights on demand planning, capacity utilization, and inventory targets.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the entire supply chain function.

Analyze variances between budget, forecast, and actual performance to identify root causes and corrective actions.

Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor key cost drivers, material usage efficiency, and working capital performance.

Track and control manufacturing costs, conversion costs, logistics expenses, and procurement spend.

Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Drive standard cost analysis and support product costing updates in coordination with the finance and operations teams.

Monitor inventory valuation, obsolescence, and slow-moving items; recommend optimization strategies.

Analyze days of inventory, days of payables, and days of receivables to improve cash conversion cycle.

Provide financial oversight for stock reconciliations, write-offs, and provisioning.

Ensure adherence to financial controls, company policies, and audit requirements across supply chain operations.

Support compliance with internal controls (e.g., SOX/ICFR, if applicable).

Validate supplier payment terms, pricing mechanisms, and contracts from a financial standpoint.

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for supply chain financial performance.

Deliver actionable insights through trend analysis, cost bridges, and benchmarking against industry peers.

Support ad-hoc analysis for leadership and finance business reviews.
Education & Experience:
-
CA qualified.
-
6 –10 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in supply chain or manufacturing finance.
