Supply Chain Manager (Retail Industry)

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager from the retail sector to lead and streamline our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing advanced supply chain software solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across procurement, inventory, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of supply chain management software within the retail operations.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely stock replenishment.
• Develop and optimize supply chain processes and policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and prepare strategic reports for management.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Train team members on new systems, tools, and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of ERP or supply chain software implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Resident of DHA Phase 5 (Lahore) or nearby areas preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
