Amazon Shipment Executive

About the Role
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Amazon Shipment Executive to manage and coordinate all aspects of Amazon FBA and FBM shipments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inventory management, shipment creation, and logistics coordination for Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, or EU).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage FBA & FBM shipments in Amazon Seller Central.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and suppliers for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation (invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels).
• Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and update status in real time.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile stock levels across warehouses and Amazon accounts.
• Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Communicate with internal teams to align shipping schedules and product availability.
• Prepare shipment reports and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Amazon shipment or eCommerce logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM).
• Experience dealing with international freight, customs, and export procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Based in Lahore (on-site position).
