- Qualification: Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 4 years (BPO / International Operations preferred)
- Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts- 8 hour
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Location: Saddar, Karachi
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day international BPO operations to ensure service excellence.
- Lead and supervise chat and email support teams to consistently meet SLA and KPI targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve client expectations and operational goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development support.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and client requirements.
