Job Responsibilities for the Position of Manager, International Sales

Experience-5 to 10 years experience-female candidate are preference

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in international territories.

2. Lead, mentor, and manage the international sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

3. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners across global markets.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.

5. Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and compliance with international trade regulations.

6. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure operational efficiency.

7. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

8. Represent the organization at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

9. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all business dealings.

10. Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
