Designation: Team Lead - Sales

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive the adoption of invoice financing solutions in the retail market through collaboration with the sales team and distributor sales staff.
  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned geography, ensuring productivity and yield optimization.
  • Manage customer acquisition costs to align with budgeted expectations.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and leverage sector-driven relationship approaches to boost sales and revenue from both new and existing customers.
  • Ensure achievement of cross-sell targets for assigned products.
  • Good experience in Team Handling
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, including daily reporting and perform

1.Years of Experience :1 year experience in NBFC/BFSI/FMCG

2.Budget for this role: Upto 40 K CTC

3.Interview : 2 rounds of interview with manager

4. Mandatory language: Local language & English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,833.00 - ₹41,666.00 per month
