Q&N Flavors, a fast-growing food brand under Dreamworld Resort, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to lead international sales and business development. The ideal candidate will drive global growth, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen client relationships to expand our brand presence worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic international sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in global markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and partners.
- Lead negotiations and close business deals with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support global brand initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in international business development and client relationship management.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
