Job Summary:
The Manager, ISS Operations provides proactive operational support in alignment with the strategic priorities of the ISS practice. The primary focus of the position is to collaboratively lead and continuously improve internal operational workflows across the practice, while supporting key stakeholders to drive team engagement. This role is critical in enhancing process efficiency and supporting internal initiatives across various systems and other internal platforms, with a focus and ability to execute with accountability.
