Manager IT

Strategic & Operational Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain the overall IT strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage all IT operations including networks, servers, hardware, software, ERP systems, and data management.
• Plan and oversee IT budgets, procurement, and vendor management.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, etc.) across sites.

Infrastructure & System Administration

• Ensure smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, firewalls, VPNs).
• Oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime and security.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement robust data protection, access control, and cybersecurity policies.
• Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with internal and external data protection standards.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and guide IT teams at Head Office and Mills.
• Coordinate with departmental heads and users to identify technology needs and provide timely support.
• Lead training initiatives to build digital capability among staff.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Recommend technology upgrades and process automation to enhance efficiency.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing and enterprise management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
