Position Summary:The Lady Governess will be responsible for the overall grooming, mentoring, and supervision of school-going children. She will play an active role in developing the children&rsquo;s manners, etiquette, discipline, and daily habits. The role requires a mature, well-spoken, and responsible individual who can serve as both a mentor and a companion, ensuring the children&rsquo;s well-being, safety, and personal development throughout the day.Key Responsibilities:Child Mentoring &amp; Grooming<ul><li>Guide and mentor the children in table manners, personal discipline, etiquette, and social behavior.</li><li>Encourage good study habits, moral values, and confidence in communication.</li><li>Engage the children in meaningful conversation and educational activities to enhance their spoken English and general awareness.</li></ul>Daily Supervision &amp; Escort Duties<ul><li>Arrive early in the morning before the children leave for school.</li><li>Accompany and escort the children to and from school safely.</li><li>Remain with the children throughout the day, including during tuition sessions, extracurricular, and sports activities.</li><li>Supervise their routine until bedtime, ensuring order, hygiene, and proper time management.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Household Liaison<ul><li>Coordinate with household staff and tutors to ensure the children&rsquo;s schedules run smoothly.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents on the children&rsquo;s progress, behavior, and daily activities.</li><li>Maintain a caring yet disciplined environment conducive to the children&rsquo;s growth and learning.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (strong educational background essential).</li><li>Previous experience as a governess, tutor, or teacher with school-going children will be an advantage.</li><li>Excellent command of spoken and written English.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Pleasant personality, patience, and ability to positively influence children.</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Well-mannered, responsible, and trustworthy</li><li>Presentable with excellent etiquette and grooming</li><li>Punctual, organized, and energetic</li><li>Genuine interest in child development and education</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
