Job Title

Overall Purpose/Objective
Of the job
To develop and implement technology solutions-specifically networking solutions, IT infrastructure & knowledge management to support achievement of strategic business goals at the Centre.

Key Deliverables
  • Define & adhere to IT related policies & procedures
  • Network redesign and maintenance
  • Servicing IT related project requirements by doing a comparative analysis of the vendors & assist corporate IT in finalizing the vendors.
  • Conduct periodic audit of the network operations (incl. spywares, spam wares, FTP revamping, addition & deletion of users, etc.) to ensure effective functioning of the network operations
  • Procurement of relevant Hardware/software
  • MIS/Reporting
  • Day to day operations and providing support to all existing IT applications
  • Responsible for overall IT Infra - systems & processes.
  • Ensure 100% compliance of all software and handle the audit needs.
  • Responsible for providing technology for all business interface based on the business strategy.
  • Asset tracking and management of all inventory across location. Also ensure Insurance of all IT assets across locations
  • Ensure implementation of all IT policy & process as per Corporate IT guidelines.
  • SPOC for business users on any technology need to the business and provide solution as per best in the market.
  • Daily Monitoring of IT Help Desk of his location and do analysis and create strategy to reduce the calls.
  • Leading FMS team for location, tracking & adhering to service level agreement for user support.
  • Take backups, monitor anti-virus software patches.
  • Interact with service providers for procurement of location IT requirements
  • Adhering & Implement ITIL Processes (Like Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Handover, Physical security, etc.)
  • Support Seniors in creating and monitoring IT budget for operation and project
  • Vendor management
  • Data centre management
  • Software management and uptime
  • Plan for and evaluate any upgrades required to maintain security, data integrity, and overall performance of the network
  • Maintain Data integrity & Email security
  • Manage on-going systems support and maintenance
  • Uptime of entire Mall IT/Hotel & Commercial operation i.e., Parking, IBS, Data and Voice network & entire application used for smooth functioning of Mall.
  • Uptime of entire IT and AV network of MD House
  • Management of Unified communication system across location
  • Creating and managing Security role for AD users.
  • Knowledge of Mailing system like Linux, O365 and Spam server is a must
  • Attending seminars and training for new technology and ensure same can be implemented for organization by which company IT standard can improve and also same would be beneficial for cost management
  • Creation & Monitoring of IT MIS for all locations
  • Perform additional duties as required and requested
