Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT department’s daily operations, ensuring all systems, networks, and infrastructure function efficiently and securely.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Ensure the security of the organisation's IT systems, data, and network infrastructure by applying best practices in cyber security.
- Plan, organise, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Oversee IT budgets, expenditures, and procurement of hardware/software.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and evaluating team members, and ensuring effective task delegation.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data protection and IT practices.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the best value and service delivery.
- Lead projects related to systems upgrades, migrations, implementations, and integrations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to departments and end-users when needed.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to the company’s operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5–8 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cyber security, and business applications.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
