Manager IT Governance

About the Role:

NIFT is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager IT Governance to lead the implementation and oversight of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance programs. The ideal candidate will ensure that NIFT’s IT operations, systems, and projects align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and controls.
• Monitor compliance of IT operations and systems with internal and external standards.
• Oversee enterprise-wide IT risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks.
• Manage internal and external IT audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Oversee compliance and governance aspects of IT projects, including delivery, budget, and risk adherence.
• Drive transparency and accountability through effective reporting and documentation.
• Conduct IT governance, compliance, and risk awareness sessions across departments.
• Foster a culture of compliance, governance, and risk awareness within IT and business functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Professional credentials such as CISA, COBIT, ITIL, or CRISC will be highly preferred.
• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT Governance, Risk, or Compliance (GRC) roles.
• Strong understanding of COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, and other IT governance frameworks.
• Proven experience in managing IT audits, risk programs, and compliance processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
