Position Overview

Our Client a well-reputed financial institution is looking for an experienced Manager – IT Governance to strengthen client IT governance, risk, and compliance framework and drive organization-wide governance maturity.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design, implementation, and enforcement of IT governance frameworks, policies, and controls.

· Monitor compliance of IT operations, systems, and processes with internal policies and regulatory standards.

· Oversee enterprise-wide IT risk management, ensuring timely identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks.

· Manage internal and external IT audits, track findings, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

· Ensure consistent adherence to IT and information security policies across the organization.

· Monitor and manage governance-related incidents to ensure effective resolution.

· Oversee governance and compliance aspects of IT projects, including delivery, budget, and risk alignment.

· Drive stakeholder confidence through transparent reporting and alignment of IT governance with business objectives.

· Conduct governance, compliance, and risk awareness initiatives to promote a strong culture of accountability.

Job Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications: CISA, COBIT, ITIL, CRISC (highly preferred).

Experience: 5 years Plus of hands-on experience in IT Governance, Risk, or Compliance (GRC).

Strong knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, and related governance frameworks.

Proven experience in IT audits, risk management programs, and compliance monitoring.

Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence governance culture.
