Communication & Presentation:

Resource Planning:

Oversee resource allocation, project assignments, and workload management to ensure effective utilization of team members and timely project delivery.
System Design & Architecture:

Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and architectures that align with business goals and support growth and scalability.

Design and oversee the deployment of servers, storage, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components.

Undertake IT Security Operational tasks in guidance and accordance with Organizations IT Security Strategy and guidance of IT Security head

Managing the Cloud based and On-Premise Data centers.
Project Management:
-
Manage IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications.

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with other IT teams and stakeholders as necessary.
System Maintenance:
-
Oversee the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and data centers.

Implement and manage routine maintenance tasks, such as patch management, backups, and performance tuning.
Incident & Problem Management:
-
Handle escalated support issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

Develop and implement strategies for proactive problem management and risk mitigation.
Compliance & Governance:
-
Ensure that IT infrastructure complies with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies and IT Security Standards.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Vendor Coordination:
-
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery.

Evaluate and select vendors based on their ability to meet business needs and deliver high-quality services.
Budget Management:

Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, including forecasting and controlling expenditures.
-
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient use of financial resources.
-
Years of work-experience: 10+ years preferably in FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Automative / Retail industry/ IT Services Industry
-
Educational qualification: B. Tech./ B.E. Preferable in Computer Science

Strong Organization Skills and detail oriented with abilities to handle multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have proven abilities to support multiple projects on an aggressive timeline
