About the Role
IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing technology and infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environments that support KSIA operational efficiency and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current infrastructure utilization, compare with international trends, and align with technology roadmaps to develop capacity plans that effectively anticipate and meet future needs

Translate high-level infrastructure designs into low-level designs to provide detailed implementation guidance, minimize complexity, and enable accurate testing and validation

Create detailed designs for IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, maintenance management systems, and databases, based on business requirements and technology roadmap analysis

Monitor the deployment of infrastructure solutions, such as software installations, servers, datacenters, and disaster recovery systems, to optimize connectivity and performance across KSIA

Develop a comprehensive IT security plan outlining protocols for safeguarding infrastructure and data, including backup strategies, failover mechanisms, and incident response measures

Review and manage the access rights matrix, controlling access to applications, systems, accounts, and databases in line with organizational security standards

Monitor KPIs, update dashboards, and generate reports with recommendations to improve infrastructure performance and efficiency

Provide level 2 support for infrastructure-related issues and coordinate with third-party vendors for critical support when required

Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of current infrastructure capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks

Conduct thorough testing and validation of all IT infrastructure components before launch to ensure compliance with standards and operational readiness

Perform predictive risk analysis and develop mitigation plans for potential technical risks, incorporating new functionalities and technologies as necessary

Implement the IT security plan across systems to adopt a proactive approach to risk mitigation and ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and best practices

Set specific timelines, address constraints, and enforce quality control measures for infrastructure, systems, and to meet business requirements effectively

Collect and analyze data during security incidents, perform digital forensics, and implement corrective actions to safeguard systems and data

Outline methodologies for threat intelligence, conducting security tests to identify vulnerabilities, and ensure corrective actions protect against potential threats

Provide technical support for IT Projects to ensure proper execution and achievement of defined goals
Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP are preferred; ITIL or Agile certifications are considered a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role or equivalent within large-scale infrastructure.

Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects (networks, cloud, data centers).

Experience in aviation, airport, or smart infrastructure projects is a plus.
