Manager - Network Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Network Infrastructure to lead large-scale enterprise network environments and drive strategic delivery of network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for network infrastructure aligned with business goals
• Design high-level network architectures, standards, and governance frameworks
• Lead delivery of large-scale network and infrastructure projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and optimization of network services
• Evaluate emerging technologies including cloud, SaaS, and data analytics
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs
• Establish risk management and disaster recovery strategies
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Lead and develop high-performing network engineering teams
• Oversee service performance and operational excellence across infrastructure environments

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience managing enterprise network environments
• Strong experience in multi-site, distributed, and large-scale infrastructures
• Deep knowledge of core, data center, WAN, and access network technologies
• Proven leadership in project/program management and delivery governance
• Experience in budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and SLA negotiation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Technical Expertise

• Routing & Switching (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP)
• MPLS technologies (L2VPN, L3VPN, VPLS, MPLS-TE, FRR)
• VPN technologies (IPSec, DMVPN, GRE, GETVPN)
• SD-WAN, SD-Access, ACI, NSX, virtualization technologies
• Wireless networking (802.11 standards, controllers, RF management)
• Cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure integration
• Network monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization
• Disaster recovery and high availability architectures

Certifications (Preferred)

• CCIE (SP, R&S, Wireless, or Data Center)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
