Manager IT & Networks

• Oversee and manage IT and network operations across all TMUC campuses nationwide.
• Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) for Head Office and all campuses.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Provide remote and on-site IT support to campuses when required.
• Maintain and manage servers, systems, and data backups.
• Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with IT policies.
• Coordinate with campus IT staff/vendors for issue resolution and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage IT inventory including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Assist in planning and implementing new IT projects and system upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and IT procedures.
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other IT-related equipment.
• Provide technical support during events, meetings, and institutional activities.
• Manage the procurement of IT equipment, including preparation of technical specifications, vendor coordination, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing in line with organizational policies.
• Ensure all IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment across campuses are compliant with Higher Education Commission (HEC) requirements and standards.
• Regularly review and upgrade IT resources to meet HEC guidelines for academic and administrative operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of IT assets in accordance with audit and HEC compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure IT readiness for inspections, audits, and accreditation processes.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
