JOB TITLE: Manager, IT Procurement
LOCATION: Hybrid or on-site within Florida (remote may be allowed; on-site presence may be required with advance notice; flexibility required)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
COMPENSATION: $110,000–$135,000 base salary
WORK AUTHORIZATION: U.S. citizenship required; ability to pass a background check

POSITION OVERVIEW

Oversee IT procurement activities to ensure efficient sourcing, cost savings, and compliance with governance standards. The Manager of IT Procurement will lead vendor negotiations, manage purchasing processes, and partner with technology teams to align procurement strategies with enterprise goals. Flexibility is required to balance daily purchasing operations with long-term sourcing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage IT procurement operations including purchasing, vendor selection, and contracts
• Partner with IT leadership to understand technology requirements and sourcing needs
• Negotiate pricing, licensing, and service agreements with vendors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, monitoring performance and service levels
• Oversee procurement budgets and track cost savings initiatives
• Implement best practices for sourcing, vendor management, and technology procurement
• Provide leadership, training, and support to procurement staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Information Systems
• 7+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, with 3+ years in IT procurement management
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, cloud services, and licensing models
• Proven vendor negotiation and contract management experience
• Familiarity with procurement systems and ERP platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving client and organizational requirements

NICE TO HAVE

• Public-sector or regulated industry procurement experience
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP
• Experience with IT asset management and procurement automation tools
