About the Role:
KSIADC is seeking a Manager of IT Projects to lead IT initiatives by aligning technology strategy with business objectives, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines. The role includes project planning, risk management, vendor selection, RFP preparation, SLA management, and performance monitoring, along with driving continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.
Kye Responsibilities:

Gather and review technology strategy, roadmap, objectives, initiatives, and needed projects and conduct workshops to gather and identify projects requirements

Establish and review IT project management framework, governance, methodologies, tools, and guidelines against latest trends

Detail projects plans in coordination with related stakeholders in line with business requirements and objectives and ensure proper communication of the plan to all relevant stakeholders

Identify, analyze and assess risks, review project interdependencies, and develop risk mitigation plan accordingly

Establish and apply criteria to identify and select vendors that meet organizational priorities and needs ensuring compliance with set requirements

Prepare RFPs detailing technical needs and vendors requirements to align with project and business objectives in coordination with relevant technology functions, users and vendors

Assist in assessing and evaluating technology vendors through set criteria to ensure selections meet performance, compliance, and strategic requirements

Create SLAs outlining service expectations and negotiate terms to ensure vendor commitments support business requirements and objectives

Manage all IT projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure within the approved budget, timeline and allocated resources

Engage with vendors throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure smooth execution, consistent communication, and alignment with project timelines

Provide direction and recommendations on significant risks, solve escalated issues, and follow up the implementation of mitigation plan

Review, update project status, and recommend needed improvements if any to relevant stakeholders

Follow-up and monitor project progress, milestones, update dashboards and develop progress reports

Evaluate vendor performance in meeting SLA terms, identifying and recommending enhancements to optimize service quality if needed

Ensure timely and effective communication of progress reports, corrective actions, and lesson learned to all project stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP are preferred; ITIL or Agile certifications are considered a plus.
Work Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT project management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or construction-related environments.

Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects (networks, cloud, data centers), with exposure to vendor coordination, RFP processes, and SLA management.

Experience in aviation, airport, or smart infrastructure projects is preferred but not mandatory.
