IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The Manager IT Security Architecture is responsible for defining, designing, and governing the organization’s cybersecurity architecture framework to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient technology environments. This role provides strategic direction for enterprise security architecture across infrastructure, cloud, applications, networks, and identity platforms.

The position ensures alignment of security architecture with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while minimizing organizational cyber risk. The Manager IT Security Architecture works closely with IT, engineering, compliance, and business teams to integrate security into all technology initiatives and digital transformation programs.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Create and update enterprise security architecture policies and procedures. Establish guidelines for secure infrastructure, cloud, applications, and identity management. Ensure policies comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Oversee implementation of security technologies and architecture standards. Review infrastructure, application, and cloud designs for security compliance. Conduct regular security assessments and architecture reviews.
• Lead response efforts for security incidents and breaches. Coordinate with internal teams and external experts to investigate and resolve incidents. Document incidents and post-incident analysis to improve future responses.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001). Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats. Prepare for and manage audits and inspections.
• Communicate security architecture posture, incidents, and strategies to executive management and stakeholders. Coordinate with IT teams, developers, and other departments on security-related matters. Engage with external partners and vendors as needed.
• Manage security-related projects including deployment of new technologies and cloud security initiatives. Develop and implement long-term security architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals. Allocate resources and manage project timelines and budgets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor`s Degree (Computer Science / Computer Engineering) from a reputable and recognized university.
