Manager Land Acquisition (Wind) - Jaisalmer

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire suitable land for wind energy projects in Rajasthan.
• Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Arrange the revenue documents from the revenue department as per requirements.
• Co-ordinate with WRA team for the wind location approval.
• Negotiate land acquisition agreements with landowners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, environmental, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage relationships with local authorities, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire land acquisition process from initial identification to final acquisition.
• Ensure all land acquisition activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience:

10 to 12 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry.

Education Qualification

Any Bachelor's degree, or a related field.
