Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handling of Revenue & Property Matters related to Land etc. Maintaining Files, Hard copies (Originals), and records in Excel/Scanned Copies of Properties.
- Draft Agreements (Rent Agreement, Leave & License, Sale Deed, Correspondent Letter to Revenues Authorities and Others Department).
- In depth knowledge of process & procedures in Revenues and Property Act/Rules & Cases related thereto. In addition, the knowledge & experience in handling Civil, Criminal & Revenue Laws is desirable.
- Ensure smooth execution of the property matters including purchase, mortgage & de-mortgage, leases, leave-license of properties on behalf of the Company and Promoters. Handling of property documents & records in Hindi & English. This
process includes due diligence, liaising and supervision of the execution formalities with other parties and before various authorities. - Registration of Sale Deed, Mutation, Diversion, Property Search/ Khasra, Mortgage and De-mortgage, and submission of Property Tax in Nagar Nigam and obtaining the NOC from Nazul Office and concerned authorities.
- Drafting vetting of different type of documents such as deeds, MOUs & other types of Agreements & Contracts. Maintaining proper Files and MIS of Properties in Hindi and English. Sharing and updating with Management on regular basis.
- Good Efficiency in Typing in Hindi and English language and good knowledge of
using Internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power-Point). - Coordination, strategizing and liaising with various Departments, functions on one
hand and with the Advocates on the other on various assignments tasks. - Other legal assignments as and when required or directed by superior/HoD.
